The Killeen Police Department in partnership with Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9192 will host the
2008 Memorial Day Ceremony. The Ceremony will take place on Monday, 26 May 2008 at the Central Texas State Veteran’s Cemetery, starting at 11:30 AM, lasting approximately 1-1.5 hours. A memorial monument will also be unveiled at the end of the ceremony to honor the soldiers from Central Texas and Fort Hood who have lost their lives supporting the missions in Iraq and Afghanistan.
