I can’t remember how many years in a row Killeen has been ranked in the top 10, but once again Killeen has some of the most-affordable homes in the country, according to an annual study by Coldwell Banker. The survey compares the average listing price of a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2,200-square-foot home in various markets. In Killeen, the average price was $145,812.
