I had lunch today at a new place in Copperas Cove. It is on Avenue D (on the left just before you reach downtown) and called Christian Coffee Café. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner and my lunch was excellent. They have several hot lunch specials for $6.95 which includes a drink and tax. The service was really quick and the food was really great.

If you find yourself in Copperas Cove near a meal time, please try it. Tia, the owner, is delightful.
