TEMPLE (
kwtx.com) – H-E-B has purchased 160 acres in the Temple Industrial Park for construction of a 400,000-sf distribution center.
The facility will ultimately employ more than 100 and serve H-E-B stores in North and Central Texas.
Binswanger Brokers handled the transaction.
