Chris Burrell is a U.S Army combat veteran with 8 years of service. Originally from Jamaica, he first stepped foot on American soil in New York City. He called the Big Apple home for a few years before deciding to join the Army. Fort Hood was not only Chris’ first but it was also his final duty station and he decided to make his new home here in Central Texas. The Shine Team honored to help Chris and his family purchase their first home 15 years ago! Chris transition from military service to becoming a school teacher by successfully completing the Troops to Teachers program. He has now been employed as an educator with the Killeen Independent school district for almost 10 years. Chris is so passionate about service, education, and real estate and he has dedicated his life to them. Giving back and service to community is important as well; Chris serves our local Lions club groups and has been a volunteer youth coach for several years. Chris excited to welcome everyone you the greater Central Texas area and to help achieve you dream of home ownership!
