This was the second time I used the Shine Team. First time was in 2018 when I sold and bought a house on the same day - my birthday, lol. Never again will I do that - to stressful on me.This second time around started in early October, 2025, and did not sell of course till end of March. Shane was amazing to work with - he went above an beyond to show us houses even with the huge ice storm in play. Instead of cancelling, he reworked scheduling for showings and maximized the time we had while visiting to see homes from out of state. Shane is super dedicated to his work and it shows.
