A “Show Me” state native originally from a small town in Southeast Missouri, Katrina and her family moved to Fort Hood in 1986. Her passion for exceptional customer service and a dedication to assisting others in obtaining their goals has led to over 20 years of experience in professional business management, financial banking literacy, real estate property management, and sales.

Katrina obtained her Texas real estate license in 2004 and joined the Shine Team as a Client Care Coordinator in 2017. She excelled quickly in that position and was soon promoted to our Director of Leads were she strives daily to enhance our customer experience and create raving fans. She is responsible for developing, orchestrating, managing our customer outreach programs, and the direct supervision and training of our Client Care Coordinators.

Outside of their busy careers you can find Katrina and Allen, her spouse of 20 years, with their daughter on the softball field dedicating time coaching, mentoring, and nurturing young women on their AAU Select Team.
